Belly Fat: Don't Hate it, Instead Work on It!
Hello, I'm Dewi Isnaeni and I'm so happy to be able to share this thing with you ^^. Yup Belly fat! I know it's so irritating for us, especially women who
are 30 above where we find it difficult to solve. However, before we jump in
into the solution for it, here I'd like to share what are the causes for this
matter. There are plenty reasons for your belly fat, here I'd just like to sort
it out by the list:
1. Have dinner above 7 P.M.
Have you ever heard about what our grandma says not to eat dinner late or above
7 P.M.? Even though I didn't find any evidence yet, somehow I've ever heard that
having a late-night meal causes the body on ‘high alert’ at a time where
actually as Zaidul said in a talk show entitled 'Keys to a Healthy Living Age

2. Lazy to do exercise.
All of us know that exercise will keep our bodies healthy. So it is reasonable if you are lazy to do exercise then you might have belly fat.
